• Company Secretary: 15

Age:

Max 56 years for GEN and OBC Category

Education:

Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Universities or Recognized Research Institutions or Public Sector Undeliakings or Semi—Government, Statutory or Autonomous Organisations with relevant experience from 
(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or
(ii) with five years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the Pay Level 6 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. 
With relevant experience and possessing Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University or Institution

Salary:

As per Norms, i.e. Rs. 44,900 - Rs. 1,42,400/-Per Month
