• Evaluate channel specific quarterly sales and marketing activity planner and provide suggestions
• Ensure timely payouts to Channel partners as per the SLA.
• Coordinate with field sales team to improve field engagement
• MIS on multiple strategic business inputs / initiatives for the HDFC Life sales team to drive the same along with channel partners distribution
• Planning and ensuring high activity amongst the partner's distribution network.
