• Assistant Manager (Internal Auditor): Degree and 1 yrs experience
• Senior Manager (Internal Auditor): Graduate in Commerce of a recognized university with Advance Accountancy & Auditing or Banking and 2 yrs experience
• Assistant General Manager: Post graduate in Commerce/ Economics or M.B.A. (Finance – Full time) or C.A./I.C.W.A./C.S.and 3 yrs experience
• Assistant General Manager (Chief Risk Officer): Post Graduate in Commerce or Economics or MBA (Finance full time) or C.A./I.C.W.A./C.S and 2 yrs experience
• Deputy General Manager: Post Graduate in Commerce or Economics, MBA (Finance full time) or C.A./I.C.W.A./C.S and 5 yrs experience
