Applicant should be Post- Graduate in Food Science and Nutrition/Food Science and Technology/Food Microbiology/Food Chemistry having 3 years of experience working in Lab.

Job Description:

The Dietary Lab Supervisor will coordinate and supervise all field lab activities related to the processing of duplicate diet composites in the first phase of a research study regarding multiply-fortified salt among women of reproductive age in rural Punjab.

- Perform timely and regular maintenance of laboratory equipment by inspecting, calibrating, cleaning, acid washing or sterilizing.

- Procurement of lab supplies - He/she will coordinate and supervise the activities of the Dietary Lab Investigator.

- He/she will be responsible for timely and accurate completion of processing, aliquoting, and storage of duplicate diet samples.

- Should fully coordinate with Dietary Supervisor and Lab Supervisor for smooth handling of the field activities.

- Plan and supervise lab related activities in the field/ lab and provide technical support to lab staff;

- He/she will be responsible for proper record keeping and compilation of alldietary lab related activities;
