• Identify & implement action steps to reduce losses and wastage during shift operation and ensure minimum rejection of components
• Prepare daily and monthly production MIS reports to match actual performance vis--vis the targets and report the same to Production In-charge
• Responsibility to  ensure adherence to Safety standards by all employees in the shift.
• Complying & adhere the requirement related to ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001, IATF.Start the production facility without trouble
