Experience Requirement:

Should be having Min 10 to 15 years of experience; Preference will be given to experience of handling— (i) Recovery under Section 91 & 101 of MCS Act 1960 & Recovery of debt under SARFAESI ACT. (ii) Matter relating to DRT/DRAT/ HIGH COURT and other forums.

Job Description:

Himself / herself to the day to day Legal issues within the framework laid down by the Board of Directors. The Legal Officer should serve as effective link between the Bank on one hand and the various legal forums on the other.
