If you're interested in vipassana meditation, follow the given steps -

  • Set aside for 10-15 minutes. Practice is important before you start. It's recommended to go for this technique early in the morning.
  • Sit in an empty room or a quiet area. Somewhere with no distractions. A secluded spot or an empty room is a great choice.
  • Cross your legs and sit on the ground. Focus on your natural breath. See and observe what you feel.
